Watermelon with toasted flour

This is a Chilean classic, usually one would eat a whole piece of watermelon having a jar of toasted flour and a spoon, and one would gradually sprinkle the toasted flour over the watermelon. But this time I wanted to enjoy it being cut in chunks. The toasted flour is made from the whole wheat kernel which is roasted and ground. It is very common in Chile.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 slice of watermelon in whole or cut into small pieces.
  • Toasted flour

Instructions

  1. Simply sprinkle the toasted flour over the watermelon and enjoy.
