Berries smoothie

Jump to Recipe

The truth is that I’m a super-fan of smoothies, because they are very comforting and quite nutritional if one so wishes. I find it particularly ideal for children, as one can incorporate those fruits or vegetables that they will probably not eat by themselves. One can get very interesting flavors and colors. This recipe is a very simple smoothie that I usually do for mid-morning or afternoon.
