Shrimp with rice noodles Rice pasta, with its softness and slight elasticity, acts as the perfect canvas for juicy, tender shrimp. When combined, they create a pleasing texture that is both comforting and subtly exotic. Depending on the recipe, the pasta can be a little sticky or looser, but it always retains a texture that absorbs well whatever sauces and seasonings you choose to use. Shrimp with rice noodles The flavor of shrimp is enhanced by a variety of ingredients and spices, from garlic to sauces such as soy sauce or fish sauce. Rice pasta, on the other hand, offers a neutral flavor that allows the flavors of the dish to shine through without overpowering them. Shrimp with rice noodles As a final touch, the peanuts are perfect because they give texture and flavor to the preparation, and the cilantro also gives it color and a delicious flavor. Shrimp with rice noodles For this recipe I used fish sauce, but you can easily replace it with soy sauce. If possible, I recommend using lime or lemon sauce, as it is much more aromatic and tasty, ideal for this type of preparation.
