Papas Bravas (Spicy Potatoes) are very common to find as the perfect appetizer in some local places here. Plentiful and economical. They may also be used as a side dish. The choice is yours, but it’s really worth to try them. This particular recipe is from Bobby Flay, I loved his version of these delicious Papas Bravas.
