Favorite Summer Fruit Treats

Summer is not just about going to the beach or the pool, as even the most little kids like some variation on the summer activities from time to time. Here in Atlanta the temperatures keep changing frequently, and there are some times in the day that are more suitable than others to go to the park, for instance. Many times we try to go out for a little while before dinner time, as there are days when the weather is more enjoyable to play, run and do all the things that we can think of, but always with both my kids simultaneously agreeing to go.

Without a doubt, what I immediately get my kids to agree with me is about snack time. I’m always thinking of something refreshing, but at the same time being healthy for my little ones. That is why Fruttare® has been part of our summer, as their frozen bars are made with real natural fruits, plus they are easy to carry anywhere. And in the same way that I take them to the pool in my cooler backpack, is how I bring them to the park. While in there I extend our blanket and we enjoy watching the beautiful surroundings. If we’re lucky, a nice breeze may also blow on us, and we settle there to just enjoy the simple things. This time I opted for the “Coconut and Milk” frozen bars. I really recommend them, as they’re very tasty, and you feel the real taste of coconut and milk.

But if you are a fan of fruits in general, you should try Fruttare® in other flavors as well, because they are made with real fruit and you’ll be able to find them in the following flavors:

  • Mango
  • Strawberry
  • Coconut and Milk
  • Banana and Milk
  • Pineapple
  • Strawberry, Milk and Berries
