Pizza de cebolla caramelizada, peras, queso azul y rúcula01

  PREPARACIÓN: En un sartén con el aceite freír la cebolla por unos 4 minutos, luego agregar el azúcar y dejar cocinar a fuego medio por unos 4 minutos más apróximadamente. Cuando la masa de la pizza este pre-cocida, cubrir con la cebolla caramelizada, luego colocar las rodajas de peras y esparcir el queso azúl. Llevar al horno por unos 10 minutos a 400°F (200°C). Retirar del horno y cubrir con rúcula.
