Ensalada-de-quinoa,espinacas-y-granada03

Lavar la quinoa por unos minutos en un colador bajo el chorro de agua fría. Luego en olla colocar la quinoa con 2 tazas de agua hirviendo y cocinar por 15 min. Cuando la quinoa esté fría, armar la ensalada. En un bowl poner la quinoa, espinacas picadas, perejil, los gajos picados de 1 naranja, la ralladura de 1 naranja, el jugo de 1 naranja. Luego la miel, nueces o almendras picadas, granada, aceite y sal. Mezclar todo muy bien y servir.
