Whole wheat pancakes with milk

FOR THE PANCAKES

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour

FOR THE FILLING

  • 1 or 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 slice of turkey ham
  • 1 slice of cheese

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix the milk, eggs, and flour.
  2. Then in a frying pan, spray a little bit of oil, and start gradually pouring the pancake mixture. Give shape to the pancake, cook until it starts to loosen from the sides, and then flip the pancake over. Cook for 1 more minute.
  3. Start filling the pancakes with lettuce, as well as with ham and cheese slices. Then form a roll.
  4. They can be served warm or cold.
