Dough:
- 1 ball of pizza dough (you can make this recipe)
- Flour, for sprinkling
Filling:
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1/2 cup sliced ham
- Tomato sauce
To brush:
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Pizza sauce or marinara sauce, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Sprinkle flour on a work surface and stretch the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
- Add layers of mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, salami and ham.
- Fold the short ends of the dough in, and then roll the dough from one long end to form a cylinder.
- Place the Stromboli on a baking sheet and make a few diagonal cuts on the top.
- Brush the surface with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Then you can serve it in marinara sauce.
