Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 ball of pizza dough (you can make this recipe)
  • Flour, for sprinkling

Filling:

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1/2 cup sliced ham
  • Tomato sauce

To brush:

  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Sprinkle flour on a work surface and stretch the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Add layers of mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, salami and ham.
  5. Fold the short ends of the dough in, and then roll the dough from one long end to form a cylinder.
  6. Place the Stromboli on a baking sheet and make a few diagonal cuts on the top.
  7. Brush the surface with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
  10. Then you can serve it in marinara sauce.
