class=\"hps\">I actually bought<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a pizza.<\/span> I&#8217;ve been making this dough at home for a while, <span class=\"hps\">and in many occasions I&#8217;ve used whatever I could find in the refrigerator to make the toppings. <\/span><span class=\"hps\">Sometimes I make<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">half<\/span> of the pizza <span class=\"hps\">with other toppings, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">for variety<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">This<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dough can be made very quickly<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">so it&#8217;s<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ideal to <\/span><span class=\"hps\">bail you out<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">if you have<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">guests coming,<\/span> or <span class=\"hps\">if you want<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to make <\/span><span class=\"hps\">dinner more interesting<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">You can<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">make it<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">vegetarian<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">with seafood<\/span>, with <span class=\"hps\">ham and cheese<\/span>, or any other way that you like or can imagine<span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> This recipe contains <span dry<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">yeast<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>2 1\/4 <span class=\"hps\">tsp<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">1 cup of warm<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">water (<\/span>105<span class=\"hps\">\u00b0<\/span><span class=\"hps\">-115<\/span><span class=\"hps\">\u00b0<\/span><span class=\"hps\">F)<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(40<\/span><span class=\"hps\">\u00b0<\/span><span class=\"hps\">-46<\/span><span class=\"hps\">\u00b0<\/span><span class=\"hps\">C<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">1 tablespoon of oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">1 teaspoon of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">1 teaspoon<\/span> of <span class=\"hps\">granulated sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">2 1\/2 cups<\/span> of <span class=\"hps\">all-purpose flour<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">without<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">baking powder<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a bit more)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PREPARATION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Dissolve the yeast in 1\/4 cup of warm water. Then, pour this into a large bowl, add the rest of water (3\/4 cup), oil, sugar, salt and flour. Mix well, add a little extra flour if necessary, it should not stick to your hands. Knead slightly. Form a ball and let it stand for 10 minutes at room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Place the dough on a floured surface, and start extending it ideally with the hands, but if that&#8217;s not possible then you may use a rolling pin a little. Once extended, then place it on baking tray that&#8217;s been covered with parchment paper, or onto a special pizza baking tray.<\/p>\n<p>Brush the dough with tomato paste or ketchup. Bake for about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Then remove the dough from the oven, and you may add the toppings that you like. Once the toppings have been added, bake for 10 additional minutes.<\/p>\n<p>* As a topping suggestion that I used for this pizza, on one half I used chopped cooked ham, cherry tomatoes, olives, oregano, and grated cheddar cheese.
