I know that not just one day should be special, but all of them. However, it&#8217;s fun to watch and enjoy so much on a day when there are more things available than on a regular day, and when every family figures out how they want to actually celebrate. Let this mix stand in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or alternatively put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Then, with the help of an ice cream scoop, make several evenly-sized balls from the mix, and place them over a plate covered with parchment paper. Once ready, take them again to the refrigerator for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, melt the chocolate on a bain-marie (double boiler) or in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir, and then keep melting for 30 additional seconds again. You may also add a little shortening to help dissolving the chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Dip the tip of the popsicle stick into the melted chocolate, and just then place the cake balls on top of it. Let these cake (with sticks) stand\u00a0for a few minutes until dry. Then cover the balls with the melted chocolate, remove the excesses, decorate as you like, and let them dry.<\/p>\n<p>You may use a styrofoam base to insert the sticks in there, and let the cake pops dry.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wilton.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.wilton.com<\/a> online store, you may find all the utensils and ingredients necessary to make some wonderful cake pops.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a very special day in Chile, because Children&#8217;s Day is celebrated in my homeland.
