Being able to give it a bite when it&#8217;s still warm is priceless.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe has the particularity that you almost don&#8217;t need to knead the dough, but what you&#8217;ll need to have is a lot of patience, because the leavening time (i.e. when the dough rests to grow) takes about 10 hours. Ideally you would like to prepare the dough the day before, so that you can leave the dough resting overnight.
