- 2 pears
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- Pistachios
Instructions
- Peel the pears and slice them lengthwise.
- Bake them in a buttered baking dish with a little honey on top of each pear for about 20 minutes at 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).
- Chop the pistachios.
- Place each pear half on a plate, top with a small portion of yogurt and pistachios, and drizzle with honey.
- Serve immediately.
